RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include all original seals, labels, and accessories.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns sent without prior approval from Revancea will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Revancea is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Any claim regarding damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence.

Revancea reserves the right to request additional information, photographs, or evidence before approving a replacement, refund, or claim.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, health, and consumer safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, tested, or used:

• Body oils
• Skincare products
• Cosmetic products
• Personal care products

Products returned without their original seal intact are not eligible for a refund.

Products showing signs of use, testing, tampering, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may be refused and returned to the sender.

The following items are also non-returnable:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Sale items marked as Final Sale

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For customers located within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

However, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic, skincare, body care, or hygiene products once they have been opened or unsealed after delivery.

To qualify for withdrawal, returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Revancea reserves the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
